Larry and Michelle Pratt

Larry Pratt is a 26-year leader in the insurance industry, who has a trusted reputation across the country as being a strong and effective leader. It is with this extensive experience in agency management and national sales that he has created Chambers Bay Insurance Group. In his career, Larry was the VP of Sales for Farmers Insurance, as well as the VP of Territory for the Northwest (Idaho, Oregon and Washington), California, Texas, and Alabama. During his leadership, Larry was well known for taking no growth territories and making them profitable. He was tasked with fixing a wide range of problems including declining market share, lost premiums, and regulatory issues to which he was continuously successful at. Larry founded Chambers Bay Insurance Group for his love of people. He wanted to better serve his community and allow agents across the country to do the same.

As the CEO of Chambers Bay Insurance Group, Michelle Pratt is responsible for managing national operations and strategic development. Michelle has previously held a variety of leadership roles and is known for developing critical policies and procedures that have streamlined the organizations she has been associated with. She has an extensive background in insurance and corporate management, including; managing partner for a law firm that litigated civil cases for some of the largest insurance companies in the country; corporate consultant for fast growing start-up companies; lobbyist and insurance commissioner liaison for Farmers Insurance; Executive Director of one of Washington’s largest Political Action Committees; and staff counsel to both houses in the Washington State Senate. As CEO, it is Michelle's passion to build an organization where agents love what they do, and that love is carried forward to customers.
